What Owerly is

Owerly is a Telegram Mini App. It does three things:

• personal tracking — income and expenses in any currency, with categories;
• bill splitting — one expense across several people, equally, by percent or by shares;
• debt netting — who actually owes whom once all shared expenses are counted.

There is no separate account to create: you sign in with your Telegram account, and your friends and groups come from there too.
